The Newton Tree Conservancy has changed its Community Tree Planting application process.
Homeowners, with the help of NTC and The City of Newton's Forestry Department, planted over 140 trees on November 20, 2021. Neighborhoods in Newton Corner, Newton Highlands, West Newton, Auburndale, and Newtonville were made more beautiful and healthier with the addition of several varieties of trees including cherry, hophornbeams, spring snows, American elms and yellowwoods.
Thankfully, warmer temperatures are returning and summer will quickly be upon us. We'd like to bring you up to date on Newton Tree Conservancy happenings.
